I try NOT to eat my exercise calories back. I agree with this. I do not like to friend people who net well below 1200cals a day, in junk food and LOSE more weight than I do. Now, if someone is netting below 1200 cals a day but eating very healthy (little to NO junk food), I will keep them on as a friend.

I rarely take a full portion of anything. I've measured, I've eye-balled it, I've just gone and guestimated. But, I find that, especially after measuring, I rarely take a full serving of anything anymore.

Great ideas! I rolled my ankle a few years ago. I find it hurts more when I wear shoes all the time. But when I'm barefoot I can go all day and not be bothered. I think I'll have to try some of these ideas. :D

I was just walking about 10 years ago and lost probably 10 pounds in a matter of 3 months. I'm going to start walking again this Saturday...hopefully every day for at least 30 minutes and see where that takes me (along with counting calories).
