its a great workout for the price you pay!!!! (only $10) you won't lose a whole lot in pounds but you will in inches. day 1 will leave you sore...it will be hard to walk up stairs or sit down and get back up, but after a couple days you'll recover and won't notice much pain afterwards....but it will kick your butt:bigsmile:

i agree! This keeps me in check to strive to eat good, because everyone is going to judge what i eat. And i love for someone to judge what i am eating to give me input to know if what i am doing is good....weightloss is 80% food 20% exercise....so that being the case anyone can help make suggestions to help me eat better…

congrats!!!! i'm on day 5 of level 1....i reached day 3 of level 2, but missed a few days so i started back over with new measurements....figured i'd work harder on the push ups on level 1 to prepare me more for the planks in level 2:tongue:

wasn't bad....tastes like an orange juluis, but the carrots made it have a grainy texture...but i can live with that!!! i'm loving this drink your veggies thing :)

i used fresh strawberry, vanilla yogurt and spinach (and some ice to make it frozen) if its too thick add orange/apple juice. I drank about 16oz

lol ok so today i made a strawberry spinach smoothie (all you can taste is strawberries) and then took a 45 minute walk....yeah i almost *kitten* my pants on the way home,...so that being said strawberry spinach smoothie + a lil movement=great bowel movement :laugh: omg how embarrasing....but i said it!

you can set your HRM to what ever zone you want to be in and they will alert you (if you want it to) if you are over that zone...atleast mine does Polar FT7 on amazon for $80
