when you up your calories, give it atleast 2-3 weeks for your body to adjust and change. I was at the same with you when i started on here eating 1200. I have now increased to 1500 or so and have been finally getting results...just give your body time to readjust when upping the calories. Good Luck!

On that will determine your bmr, but follow the Katch-McArdle formulat to be more accurate. Tdee is based on activity and that should tell you how…

I have the same problem! So what helps me get the veggies in is by making smoothies. Spinach is what I started with, You can not taste it at all in the smoothie, but it does make it green! So mix vanilla yogurt, fruit (strawberries), spinach, and ice or juice. I also add in protein powder to help up my protein intake. I've…

wow well I didn't think by writing something on here would cause some to act like I am not putting the work in. I do workout consistantly. I burn around 600-700 in my workouts done with a heart rate monitor. I also bike ride with kids, walk with kids, and other various activites such as just being a mom to a 26 month old,…

My Dr and nutitionist both decided to put me on phentermine. I've been on it for a week and half. Lost I think 5 pounds. I was put on it because of plateauing for so long. I've been working with them for a year now and lost 30 lbs my first 3-4 months and then I have only lost 10-15 pounds since then. So they both thought I…

well they say you shouldn't eat under 1200 for women. I use to eat 1500 a day and I was active maybe 2-3 days a week with walking only 30 minutes or so or doing the elliptical for 20 minutes. And I lost 30lbs in 4 months that way. Then I plateaued and dropped my calories down to 1200 and lost only 10lbs in near 6 months…

while you say you gained back the weight....were you active during your session of taking the pill and eating well? did you maintain that after talking the pill?
-
I have been reading reviews on it and they say a lot of insomnia, dry mouth, headaches, and irritability.....I'm just not sure about it...I'm half and half but don't want to gain the weight back. I'm wondering if I am still active through out taking the pill and afterwards will I still gain back like others say they had?
