I am constantly making green smoothies. I love a choclate peanut butter smoothie: i use 2 cups spinach, 1 scoop chocolate protein powder, tbsp of peanut butter, a banana and some vanilla yogurt. i buy mine at Walmart (fortress) for $15 for big tub of it! You can mix with water, milk, whatever you perfer....i usually add mine in a smoothie for extra calories and protein. Otherwise i just mix with water or if i know i need to add more calories i will add milk. Its not a thicker drink so to say...more kinda "frothy"…

you need to gradually start adding more calories, not all at once. One week add 100 calories, next week add another 100, and so on until you are on the right track!

keep trying....at least try your best at what they are doing...if it gets too hard for you just incorperate any other type of exercise that they that you are able to do....they key is to keep moving....it will get easier...never easy, but easier!!! If its easy your not going to get the results that you want....just keep…

mine took 3 days....then my shoulders hurt for a day....then my stomach for a day....I am now starting level 2....although i reached it before but wanted to restart level one and focus on the push ups cuz of all the planks in level 2....but it gets better :wink:

i think the way it goes is if your BMR is 1400 then eat that much...if you burn 300 calories than now you should eat 1700. Your BMR is what your body is needing as fuel and you should feed it that much...i know it sounds so crazy, but since i've upped my calories i am now losing weight.... the less you eat under your BMR…
