There is a lot of controversary about so much proten in one sitting and most think you can't even process more than 25-30g at one time -- so I would definitately split this in half.
That siad, if you're watching sodium, 1 cup of cottage cheese is about half your daily sodium.... i would use plain greek yogurt if you're watching sodium.
Or you could just order a good protein with cake batter flavor and it would be a heck of a lot easier That's what I do! lol0 -
