OMG...I tried your smoothie this morning and it was sooooo......good and filling. I couldn't find SF Cheesecake mix so I used SF Butterscotch and it was yummmie!!!

Great to hear back from those of you that are trying it. It's amazing!!! I've never posted a recipe here before but after I made that smoothie I knew I had to share it

Okay, my banana-instead-of-cottage-cheese version is quite yummy, but I went out and bought cottage cheese today so I can try the original recipe tonight! Will report back later, but I'm assuming it's still going to be amazing!
  • Anyone try it with greek yogurt yet? I picked up some sugar free cheesecake pudding mix, but I haven't really had a reason to make it yet. I will probably try it after zumba on thursday.

Wow! I made a high protein vanilla cheesecake smoothie tonight. It tastes like cake batter. So delicious!!! Here's the ingredients and you can easily modify as you like.

    1 cup cottage cheese
    1 cup nonfat milk
    1 scoop vanilla protein powder
2 tablespoons sugar free cheesecake pudding mix
    tsp. vanilla extract
    6 ice cubes
stevia or whichever sugar substitute you like and add to taste.

Toss it all in a blender and mix until smooth and thickens. Don't worry, the cottage cheese gets all smooth and gives it a cheesecake cake batter taste.

This recipe packs 60 grams of protein and about 400 calories. Super yummy and you stay very full.

Sounds great! Look forward to trying this!

I just made this (with the cottage cheese and milk halved), but instead of vanilla protein powder I used chocolate and instead of cheesecake pudding I used PB2. It is sublime. I think next time I will make the whole batch and put half in the freezer. I love chocolate and peanut butter icecream.

I made this last night for my dinner tonight. I ended up sampling it and it was excellent. I was even able to use whole fat cottage cheese (all I had, and it's something I won't give up) with flax milk and it was still only 390 calories (with 54g of protein). (I also added a couple strawberries which added less than 10 calories to the 390.) I'm going to play around with different flavors of mix and protein powder. I'm definitely planning on making another batch on Friday and freezing it.

You can totally play around with the variations. I do chocolate cheesecake smoothie by swapping out the vanilla protein powder for chocolate, chocolate pudding and cocoa powder. I also made a pumpkin cheesecake smoothie tonight. HEAVEN!!!
