Bump!
Definitely going to try this!0 -
Totally love this recipe - and I hate cottage cheese. Even my 13yr old daughter has the recipe memorized.
Have swapped out 1tbsp of cheesecake with chocolate, and my daughter has made it with frozen strawberries instead of ice cubes.0 -

So glad to hear you tried it and love it. It's amazing. You can't even tell there is cottage cheese in it. We have swapped out many ingredients. I make the chocolate cheesecake, chocolate with strawberry or raspberries. I've made pumpkin cheesecake, strawberry cheesecake and white chocolate raspberry.
Try sticking it in the freezer to thicken up even more and it's like soft serve ice cream. Delicious!!!0 -
I've got to try this. Thanks!0

How much Stevia do you add?
A very small amount. Maybe 1/2 tsp. First try the smoothie without the sweetener. It might be fine as is. Stevia is a little goes a long way type of thing. So try small amounts until it's to your liking.0 -

It will change slightly depending on what brand of protein powder you use. This recipe as is makes a BIG batch. It's about 400 calories, 60 grams of protein and with my ingredients it's 28 grams of carb. If I'm tight on calories and carbs then I make a half a batch which is still big and filling. So it gives you 200 calories, 30 grams of protein and 14 grams of carb.0 -
