Last year I hiked a trail that had been nearly impossible for me once a week for the year. In the process I've become addicted to hiking! My goal this year is to hike the Wonderland Trail this summer. I'd love to hike the PCT or AT, but...now isn't the right time!

I lost about 40 pounds last year, and from fall to now I've gained 20 back. It's depressing and frustrating, I hate feeling like a yo-yo, but I'm getting back on track now! Good luck everyone!

I'm hiking the Wonderland Trail this summer! I've hiked a ton, but this will be my first big backpacking trip. I'm super focused to get myself as prepared and fit as possible!

I struggle with those thoughts as well! It's hard to put myself out there when I feel my weight is keeping guys from seeing who I really am. But, yes...here is to making ourselves better.
