The NUTRILITE Carb Blocker is not a miracle pill. They are effective and helpfull. I use Nutrilite Carb Blocker 2 when I'm going to eat something higher in carbs ie. speghetti. I couple it with a glucose health supplement. Find it very helpful. Email me if you have a question about it.

Yes, you could be right. I guess if I tell myself "that I'm not having that much" I will start to believe it. But when I look at what I have logged for treats, on paper and most likely my body, it looks like a lot! Thank you.
