For breakfast I usually have 2 eggs scrambled in coconut oil with 1/2 cup of peppers and a half of a turkey burger patty.. or when I get tired of eggs I'll switch to a protein shake for a few days with some low sugar fruit such as berries :) Or you could always forgo "breakfast foods" for breakfast and have leftovers from…

I have some by Champion that I love! They go by cup size instead of S,M,L so they fit way better than any sports bra I've ever owned. And it's the only sports bra that I have found to hold me up during workouts.

I have to eat low carb due to insulin resistance.. I never eat any of the low carb packaged foods! Most of them are very questionable.. My diet consists of mostly lean meats, fish, low sugar fruits and non - starchy veggies and the occasional serving of cheese. I make sure to eat at least two cups of veggies with every…

Thank you for all of the suggestions! I might start planning my meals a little in advance just to make sure I can get closer to my daily calorie goal. I don't know why I didn't think of avocado.. I love avocado even though I haven't had it in a while. I guess I should add that I'm not restricting all carbs just…

My husband started the body by vi challenge but never really followed through with the program. The monthly auto ships kept coming and now we have like 10 bags of it in our pantry. I don't use it everyday but maybe a few times a week I'll make a protein shake with it.. the shakes are very yummy. I found a post on here a…

I understood what she said and that is exactly what she told me .. I never said that her word was gold.. was just sharing my experience.. it unfortunately does take around 6 weeks for me to start seeing consistent losses on the scale.. I don't count the first week as a real loss as I know I'm losing water weight and such.…

I was told by a dietician that it takes 6 weeks for the body to adjust to a new diet and exercise program and for results to start showing on the scale.. I find this is very true for me.. every time I clean up my diet and start eating better it takes about 6 weeks to see consistent losses on the scale
