I received Zumba Wii for Christmas and I do think as a workout tool, it is very very good. However, visually I find it boring. In the past I've used aerobic VHS (showing my age) and DVDs and I think watching a real person, abs, muscles, toned legs is an added motivation to doing a workout. So I am definately in the market…

I have 3 children under 8 and never have time to myself so consequently I do my excersise before they awake for school. My alarm is set for 6am, I pull my clothes on, tip toe outta the house and cycle for an hour. If I hung around to eat someone would hear me and there'd go my workout! Well I did not know either that you're supposed to eat back calories burnt from excersise. Since making this discovery and making the change I've increased my calorie intake and feel great. Thanks everyone for taking the time to answer the posts question.

I'll be watching your post as I feel exactly the same way. My head is really hurting right now, I'm not too bad energy wise but when the kids get home from school I feel I have a really low tolerance to thier noise levels and behaviour.
