Help...syncing MFP food diary to FitBit (or visa versa)
I received a FitBit for Christmas (I'm sure I'm not the only one). My MFP food diary does not appear in FitBit so I have used FitBits diary but the food database is not as comprehensive and neither does it show in MFP. I know the two accounts are synced because my Steps recorded in FitBit show in MFP. Please help.

Too Much Exercise Ages You
...according to my husband. I do approx 30 minutes of cardio on a Mon/Weds/Fri, approx 30 minutes of strength training Tues/Thurs. Sat/Sun is generally a rest day unless one of the kids wants me to run, cycle or swim with them. So am I doing too much so as to inflict premature aging upon myself?

So Vulnerable
Motorist pulled out on me this morning nearly run me over, 'didn't see me', braking hard my bike flipped up and hit me in the crotch. I actually cried, the adrenaline of realising you could've been seriously injured coupled with the pain in my pubic bone. I'm okay now, home and safe with my babies.

No Gym Required
Hiya, For those of you who like me cannot afford a gym membership you can still reach your fitness goals. My results were achieved at home using YouTube workouts, a set of 1lb and then up to 3lb dumbells, a bicycle and of course MFP. I've lost in total 22lbs, dropped 2 dress sizes and 4" from my waist.

I am quite a fashion conscious woman and believe everyone…
