Hiya,
For those of you who like me cannot afford a gym membership you can still reach your fitness goals.
My results were achieved at home using YouTube workouts, a set of 1lb and then up to 3lb dumbells, a bicycle and of course MFP.
I've lost in total 22lbs, dropped 2 dress sizes and 4" from my waist.

Wow! So many people on here recommend heavy lifting, so it's nice to see that you did it without having any fancy equipment-I can afford a couple sets of dumb bells, other stuff not so much!
