Why are you scared? If you were NOT doing anything to try to lose weight and you dropped that much, then I would be scared. Otherwise, sounds like you're doing a great job! It's a really good workout. Beware that you spend pretty much the whole workout in the lunge position, so if you don't like lunges, you might want to pass on this one. Hand weights are recommended, but not required.
