I use Kale mostly but also spinach. First blend it with some liquid until it is liquified then add the other ingredients. Throw something green into a breakfast smoothie. Blend it well first with a little liquid. Ex. Kale, spinach, etc. You will not taste it and will add a serving of a good veggie.

This conversation was very helpful to me as i was stressing about the same. I do need to cut back but I will not worry about the natural sugars in my diet through plain Greek yogurt and fruit ( it is smoothie season for me). Thanks!

Thanks, I found a website called calorie count. I do have a pretty sedentary job. Lots of time at my desk and on the computer. :( Wish my fingers could burn energy for the rest of me. Ha Ha! Time to go find out what HRM means.
