of course! is it that you arent hungry or that you feel guilty eating more? i know in the summer heat its harder to eat a lot, but smoothies are then a good alternative, and i know you love them! just think of it as getting in your fruits/veggies for the day, and know that the calories are good ones and not from junk food.…

you should eat them! it could be the reason you are at a plateau. you are not getting enough calories for your body to function with exercise, so it thinks you are starving it. eat more and i bet you will see results within a few weeks once your body isn't storing lots of fat because it thinks it may need it soon. does…

pep: i got an ipodzoo one off of amazon.com for like $4 that i love - there are def cheap and good ones out there... and the armband is totally the way to go!
