i log the 30 day shred under circuit training, which may up your calroies burned a bit because it is definitely not "low impact" haha. i do the shred and her other dvds for strength training, and then do the bike or elliptical at the gym a few days a week for extra cardio. enjoy the shred!! i know i do :)
