was bad tonight - think because i was angry at the scale... i know it is not everything but it is so frustrating when you've been working soooo hard!!!!! so someboday kick my butt into gear again... i know i've lost 15 lbs and thats great, but sometimes the gain for a week just really gets me down...

that is amazing!!! 62 lbs is incredible especially in only 16 months! don't ever feel like you haven't accomplished anything, wow! also, dont feel like just because you have, that means you can't complain and be frustrated about the last 30 lbs! that's what were here for :)

day 6 of level 2 (day 25 overall!)... i am really starting to be able to feel the results in my core - all the plank pose is killer but apparently it really pays off! it really is just my shoulders that i feel cant catch up to the intensity... maybe soon? i am still doing everything with anita, so i know i have a long ways…
