day 12 done! again, still on level 1 but doing everything with 5 lb weights and also doing most things with natalie (except the push ups - i agree! i even have a hard time just doing the second set of girly ones... phew) i am thinking maybe in 5-10 days to switch to level 2. still scares the bejesus out of me though... sky…

skywalker - i did that a few months ago and found it excruciating, so i am holding off for a little this time to try to build up my stamina :P we'll see how that goes!

day 8 done! feeling much better with level 1 but i want to be able to do all of the moves with natalie before i move up (because i have tried level 2 and it is HARD, all that plank pose.... whew). how are others decided when to move up a level?

hey guys! it rained all weekend, but is beautiful here today so i am in great spirits! I have done well with my food, and now that i am feeling better i am back into the shred and going to the gym! i feel great and i hope the scale agrees on thurs :P have a good week everyone!

day 3 of the shred today! getting easier :) thank god! also did half an hour at the elliptical! big work out day! and again tomorrow :) weekends are bad foodwise, so i compensate with extreme workouts :) doing well on water, and i tend to eat a lot of fruits and veggies.... any other challenge ideas?
