Just keep going.

Digital scale is the only must. I really like my digital meat thermometer. No dry chicken! Perfect medium rare steak!

I can get 100 grams on 1200 calories Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, eggs, protein pancakes, bacon, veggie sausage etc for breakfast Lunch dinner: Each must have a protein as the main item (chicken, ground turkey, tuna, salmon, steak).

When you turn 30 everything goes to *kitten*! Better get used to eating next to nothing now! Not exactly weight loss related, but a lady in my office told me that if you feel the burn during exercise, you're hurting yourself. Sigh.

Bank calories (100 or 200) during the week to "save" for your outing. Then spend them! I personally stay away from high calorie drinks and try to stick with liquor and wine. Those 300 calorie IPA's are really hard to save for!

It works for me because I am never hungry during the traditional breakfast time in the first place. You still have to meet your calorie goal. The fasting window isn't magical.

My fiance proposed on Friday, during a hike, it was 90 degrees- I was a complete sweaty mess! Lol

I'd say if you're cooking it, they can eat it, or make their own food instead! Or, if you're having say chicken with stir fried veggies and rice, you could easily pass on the rice or have a smaller portion.

Lose the tablespoons/cups and such and weigh it instead. Consider an app like trendweight, happy scale or libra to track daily weight changes and see a downward trend over time.

I've seen this before, and would like to know if it's credible too. If so, it's great motivation!

I too suffer from eczema- It covered a larger percentage of my body at one point. I got scared of the long term effects of steroid use and quit them cold turkey last summer. I was given an immunosuppressant instead, and it has changed my life for the better. I tried everything, diet and environmentally that I could…

Make it fit. You should be able to fit 2 slices of pepperoni into your day (520cals, Pizza Hut).

It is a pyramid scheme. There's no denying that one. It's overpriced crap. There are much better options out there. Lower carb, higher protein, less sugar, less cost. Pop a vitamin and you're good to go. People are so quick to attribute their success to this junk, instead of giving themselves credit for their hard work.…

Please see a doctor ASAP.

I'm 5'2" and have lost 11 lbs since January, and only my fiance and one of my workout friends have said anything. But, I know I look better, my pants fit better and that's all that matters. In matters of your chest, I think that unfortunately larger chested women at times look larger in general due to their chest. If the…

Roasted: Carrots with cinnamon, brussels sprouts with garlic, asparagus and Italian dressing, green beans with balsamic, broccoli with sesame oil, garlic, and soy sauce, the possibilities are endless! Bell peppers are mild and sweet. Stir fry maybe? You can add broccoli, mushrooms, snap peas, etc to this as well. Do you…

Why don't you wear the step tracker every day?
-
No. Your weight is stable because you're eating at maintenance, not a deficit. How do you measure your food? If you're not already, get a food scale, and weigh everything.

Pizza Hut has a buffet??
-
I've had 3 lovely pits, but I have to ask why you use a harness? I always found that it gave them the most pulling power (using those big buff chests)! I've had good experience with the gentle leader and a standard leash.

I second running slower. First comes the endurance, then your speed. I "run" at 5.2mph which is slower than everyone else at my gym.

Because SCIENCE!
-
Forever. You can't go back to the way it used to be, as your fat will follow suit! Diets don't work, lifestyle changes do.
-
How tall are you?
-
What? Coconut milk is 552 calories per cup while 2% milk is only 124? Coconut milk also has one more gram of carbs.

When fats are removed from foods, the flavor is taken away. To replace it, companies add in sugar and salt. Because of this, low fat foods aren't necessarily lower calorie. Personally, I would take the full fat version of food. Fat keeps me more full than sugar.

Carbonara!! Skip the bread basket. Wine. But you should be careful of the estimates you're using for items... 400 for chicken parm? Maybe they're not including any of the pasta in that? I looked and Olive Gardens is 1060!

Wouldn't work for me, too many calories (depending on your bread), too little protein, more carbs than I want for a lunch meal. But hey, that's the beauty of this, it's all personal preference and what works for you.
