Counting Carbs
I always see different grams of carbs referenced for low carb-ers (<100g?), or Keto people (<50g?) Are they referencing net or gross carbs? Is net carbs simply carbs-fiber? Or does this subtract sugar alcohols like a Quest bar calculates them?

Bulking & Cutting??
How long are these cycles, typically? Is each generally the same length? I was thinking of attempting, but I'm afraid it's too late in the season, and I'll end up at the height of a bulk right in time for summer. Is it possible to shorten these cycles?

Three Months before Mexico!
I am curious what those of you that are at/near a healthy weight do (if anything) to prepare for vacations or other events. Do you lift more? More cardio? Pay closer attention to diet? Calorie Weekly View
Curious to see how everyone views their calories. I've always done the weekly view, for the last 7 days, instead of the Monday-Sunday view. Today I wondered if maybe this is a bad thing. On my rolling 7 day view, my blowout 4th of July will drop off tomorrow, making it look as though I've had a good week. Thoughts?

Have you ever...
...suddenly been grossed out by foods you enjoy? I eat a lot of chicken breasts, but today at lunch I ate half, started gagging and had to throw the rest out. This happened last year with Greek yogurt that I normally like. Is this weird? Is it a texture thing? Maybe I need more variety?
