how about gyozas? u can also substitute the ground pork for ground chicken or even turkey to make it healthier. i got an idea and maybe make a gyoza bowl with brown rice and stir fried veggies.

next week my goal will be to actually NET 1200, i am always 100-150 calories. i also did not lose any weight this week so i will eat a little more to total the 1200 and see if that works...fingers crossed

my husband really likes optimum nutrition and i will be trying it soon. he got the oats and whey which is all natural, no artificial sweetners, also it has fiber!

This guy is HILARIOUS!! but thanks for posting this, ive been netting around 1000-1100 because i have been scared to eat back my calories since ive been losing weight so consistently, i have been a little hungry so maybe i should net the 1200 im supposed to in a day. well off to do my workout so i can have a bigger dinner!

i totally agree with this!! i consider my coffee my treat! i use the low fat version though. but shes right i also eat right an exercise so why not have my delicious coffee? i refuse to give it up!

im doing jillian michaels 6 week 6 pack. i just finished week 2 but im sorta regretting having started it because im not down to my goal weight and im just disappointing myself because i wish i had a flatter stomach. but on a good note ive lost 2 lbs since starting it!

that is awesome!! i chew gum whenever i start feeling hungry like right after a snack but still got like an hour to go before the next meal. its even better im actually burning off some calories!
