I had some calories left over from lunch and was still hungry so has a small bowl for about 200 calories made with water and unrefined brown sugar and I've not snacked yet :D

Thanks for the advice, I've added a new 'night time munchies' section to my log. I log in what I'm going to allow myself to eat in the morning so I save enough calories for it. I workout shortly before I allow myself to eat this then if I feel like eating more I have think 'Do I want to repeat the workout I just did' :D

Swimming is best, I suggest you look into getting a membership. But I recently bought a stationary bike for my room and one of the benefits they say they have is that it's a good cardio workout without strain on the joints like running. You could try that?

I had this problem, I've always had them irregular but I haven't had one in 2012 yet. She said I should wait until 9/10 months maybe even a year to go back and get checked again. I asked if it was related to weight loss and she said no because I was losing it healthily :D xx

It says I burn about 100 calories in 10 minutes so about 1 hour and 40 minutes :D I don't get bored because I do it watching telly at night:D

Either oatmeal with 'superjam'. Bran flakes or peanut butter and 'superjam' on rye bread :D
