  • I am out for this month. My mom passed away his past Saturday after a 6 month fight with cancer. I have not been able to get my 20 minutes in a day. Please add me back next month. I am going to need it.

  • I did run my first marathon last year.... I also gained almost 20 pounds... apparently can't just eat what i would like :-) I am not trying to stress over what I am eating, I do want to start making better choices. Not depriving myself just being smarter and more aware.

  • I didn't see this challenge until this evening but just joining this challenge was a heathy choice for me. I will count that for yesterday. Today. I chose a yogurt for an evening snack instead of the chips and cheese my husband suggested.
