Went to boot camp despite my hurt shoulder/elbow, just did alternative exercises instead.

I don't have specific plans, not having grown up in the US I find valentine's day to be a little suspect... we therefore tend to not do much of anything and stay home to avoid the crowds. Of course anniversary is different, and the 9 course dinner sounds lovely! You should just enjoy the dinner and worry about tracking imo.

I want to ride my bike 2x a week and keep up with bootcamp hopefully 4x week... Also run 1x a week. Argh I may have to cut down on the boot camp for a little while. I NEED to find a pool to do swimming in. I'm thinking about just getting a couple's membership at the Y up the road, they have a nice pool and they're open…

Go you! Keep it up for a few weeks and it will become a habit, I get antsy if I don't to anything physical in 2 days...

I think you and I have very similar goals it seems. Great weight this morning, 138.0 down from 140.5 yesterdy, bloat and water weight disappeared finally.... now let's keep this up through the week :)

I want to break under 140 for good, had 1 weigh-in below that last week, thinking tomorrow will be another good one and I want to keep the momentum going through the end of the week.

Tracking is going well, the eating itself.. meh. But I will keep at it even if that means I only lose half a pound in 2 weeks.
