Thank you everyone, those are some great tips I am going to try and implement. I love eating lc. I feel so much better and not as sick or crazy sometimes I just find that there are triggers for the crap you know. You are all so awesome though. Thank you for the support once again.

I think the key is finding a way for this to not be something that stresses you out. I know for me the more "work" it is the less likely I am to do it. I am not sure how much weight you have to lose but if it is just a little maybe put your goal to only lose .5 a week to start and see if that helps, just to get you used to…

I have a flex and I really like it. I would love the hr but for now this has worked. Like others say the flex only does steps but that's OK because between the flex and mfp I can track pretty much anything.

Thank you :D I did my BPC in the single serve today, and also crumbled (there is no grate on my version) cheese. I think we might use too much cheese though. Went through half a block of Costco cheese on two casseroles lol

Thank you all. I am still in Shock over this as I have never felt like this or seen these results. Once in my life I lost about 80 ish lbs, but it was so different, and I couldn't see it. This time I can see and feel a difference already and that is motivating.

I'm noticing that as well. When I have days I eat more things that are sugar or carb filled I seem to have the best come back but when I eat less of these things I can keep my hunger in check.
