  • I am so relieved, but not if you know what I mean, to read that I'm not the only person who has been diagnosed wrongly with bipolar. No mental health diagnoses has ever felt right to me and I think I'm finally starting to understand why. I asked my doc to do blood work and she did test thyroid but would not do more than a…
  • Mine bust and went away on their own. I had the type of pain you are describing but I don't remember having an outside force. I think it is possible.. this may be tmi, but a friend who gets it pops Hera on purpose with intercourse so I would assume you could other ways as well. I would go and be check by a doc because if…

  • I've been in that situation myself. Ive gotten mad about someone being pregnant and then there lose baby and I feel terrible. I feel like that is not an uncommon incident.
  • Thank you ladies you have all been amazing. I think the things that sick or to me is making sure to plan ahead and also making sure to eat more real foods. I think I need to work on cutting out sweets again as this has been a huge factor for me. The crisps and fried pepperoni would work my chip cravings. If you have any…
  • I made one that was jello and the frozen whip cream.. it made a great dessert. Mix up the jello like normal and then add the frozen whip. Side note make sure the whip is actually thawed when you use it. I did this with a SF lime and it was amazing!
  • I lost a car tire... that is pretty awesome... now if I could just lose the rest of my spare tires lol
  • I totally know where you are coming from with this. I have been struggling with these thoughts and feelings for 22 years (started when I was 12). I hope that we both can get some relief...
  • Hi there, my name is Rebecca. I don't think I have introduced myself here before, if I have please forgive me as I am just coming back to this group. I am 32 and was diagnosed when I was in my mid 20's with ednos bulimia type as I am well too much overweight to use ana, even though I would restrict at that time more than…
  • Oh I can only imagine the pain. I have a few friends who've dealt with secondary infertility and it has been so hard to watch them want a baby so bad and not be able to achieve the same results they once were able to.
  • Thank you both. It sounds like I have a lot of stuff to look into. I have gotten a new family doctor who was just waiting for my files from my other doc. Hopefully this will all balance out and she can get me in to see an endo soon. I'm less emotional today but still very frustrated. I am glad to know that there are others…
  • I ate it too fast but last night and tonight was flathead pizza made with a taco glove toppings. So yummy. My husband frozen them two together making almost like a pizza sandwich and it was amazing!!!
  • For me I found my husband to be my bet workout buddy. When I was the most anxious he would suggest walks on trails. I love nature and there really wasn't people around. Where I live we have peer support groups and going to those also helped because people there became workout buddy's. If you have a dog I know that can and…
  • I would have to agree with Sunny_Bunmy. This time coming back I did as she suggested and upped my salt intake and I didn't have the sickness I seemed to have the first time. Getting over craving for the most part has been upping water and lots of protein...also allowing myself a few of my favorite things in new ways.
  • I'm open as well.. lots of mistakes on mine as I'm still trying to figure out what works best for me.
  • Thank you all. This is helpful as there are some definite crossovers to always get me started.
  • I've been struggling a lot. I have some days I do great and then others not so much. Every time I try I have people saying to me that it is crazy and I shouldn't be doing it and I start questioning, which is silly because I know that this works. Tomorrow is again another new day. You have have given me some inspiration. I…
  • Thank you all this is actually really helpful!!
  • I've thought of that I just wasn't sure if above 20g would give me the same benefits. I have pcos and everything I've read suggests low carb is the best and most people are doing the keto version... Maybe that is the best way is to up the carb amount...
  • Thank you both. That helps a little.
  • That is the main reason I stopped taking my metformin. I was trying not to consume everything insight. I never found that it helped to balance me out. It didn't seem to matter what I did with my eating habits it just didn't do anything.
  • At 355 I was dancing and walking. I agree with much of what has been said. Start slow, find what you love and go from there. You may be surprised at what you can do. I would also suggest if you can hook up with a fitness instructor/ personal trainer just to make sure you are doing things the best for your body. The Leslie…
  • Lol I'll be waiting for that bill. You all are so helpful and things are starting to go better. Thank you all!
