I'm 5'5", 137#, age 50. SW was 153 and I got down to 127 but felt better at 130. I've gotten a little off goal but I'm back to losing:) I'm currently a size 4/6. Sometimes, I get hung up on the body fat percentage. I can't get it down into the athletic range. That may be my next goal.

I second the laughing cow cheese in tuna!

I'm addicted too! I've just started Longmire..........love Netflix!

Not sure if that works for everyone but I did that last Sunday. I ate a medium sized breakfast and then did a long bike ride where I burned 1113 calories. Then after my ride I had a burger and fries that was 1300 calories. I was still under my daily calories and it didn't affect my weigh-in on Monday. My daily calories is…

I use 2 Tbsp. half & half and one packet of sugar in my morning coffee and it's pretty good. I've slowly been using less and less and it's going ok. If I drink a second cup I keep it black. Sometimes I like adding a tiny bit of vanilla flavoring to the second cup :D

I like meat and potatoes too! I usually make a roast in a crock pot with potatoes and carrots. I also like to bake in the oven chicken (boneless skinless), chicken stock, yellow squash & zucchini. Roasting veggies is good too! I've gotten into eating a raw bell pepper and raw baby carrots for lunch each day. Fills me up…

When you were pouring the bisquick did you intend on making pancakes?..............lol!!!

I keep cans of soup, chicken broth, chicken, tuna, instant oatmeal, rotel, protein bars, k-cups of un-sweet teas, and hard candy mints. Ditto on the Peanut Butter!

To finish my 30 spins in 30 days challenge for February and start a running challenge in March!

I have vertigo a few times a year. It is definitely debilitating for me. I have narrowed my vertigo down to having sensitive ears. Like, being outside in the wind (I now wear ear bags on high windy days when cycling) and swimming/showering without ear plugs. Sorry, I have never connected my vertigo to food. I may have to…

Stay in school...oh and wear sunscreen!!!!

My mini goal is to finish the 30 Spins in 30 days challenge with some girlfriends. Started Feb 1st. So far so good:) I did the 30 day Abs Challenge in January with girl friends and it was good. Also, trying to be comfortable in this size medium Prana shirt I got for Christmas. It fits but .....it just fits. I need to…

Venison tenderloins are the best! Lots of hunters in my family:)

I have to have my coffee! I pre log it a whole week in advance. I add two tablespoons of Half n' Half, 1 teaspoon sugar, and add a few drops of vanilla extract and I'm good to go:) Sometimes I'll add almond extract but can't part with my half n' half & sugar...........

I have a coworker that tells me every morning (as I'm making my oatmeal in the break room) that eating healthy is a waste of time and I will die anyway. Hmmm....and then he adds that he will start eating better once the doctor tells him to.

I use my Garmin to track all my MTB data and just add an exercise named MTBing to my fitness pal and enter the time and calories burned from my Garmin. I would be lost without my Garmin:) Training Peaks is a good tool as well. I used it this past summer for triathlon training. Happy Trails!!!!

I like allenrt392's ideas! Also check out Blender Fitness for free in home workouts and tips. I kind of lost my motivation too.....I trained all winter and summer last year for an event and once the event was over I took a break from constant exercise and wasn't 100% truthful about my logging............... So now I have…

Thanks! I really needed this!

I work nine hour days at an office so I eat breakfast and lunch there. For breakfast I switch between Greek Vanilla Yogurt (with Raspberries, a small serving of Fiber One cereal and an apple) and Quaker High Fiber Instant Oatmeal (with whole milk, raspberries and an apple). Lunch is either left overs from dinner or canned…

All these tips are great! The best thing that has worked for me (and my schedule..so far) is eating my last meal around 7 pm. That way I've eaten the rest of my calories and off to bed.

I plan ahead too. Here lately I've been making this "warm" lunch. Cook ground turkey with taco seasoning and in four Tupperware bowls (I only eat lunch four days a week at work) add 2 oz. meat mixture, 1 oz. shredded taco cheese, 1 can of Rotel, 1 serving shredded carrots. I also take a baggie of sliced fresh bell peppers…

I get up Mon - Fri at 4:30 am and have coffee. I'm at work by 6:30 am and have either coffee, tea, or water. I usually will eat something starting at 10 am and sometimes even wait until around 11:30 am. I like it because it enables me to eat a larger dinner after working all day. :)

Our gym has moist towels that you pull out of a tube and they are perforated to break apart. I use one for all the machines I've used. If it dries out I will get another one to use. I used to go to a gym that had the spray bottles at every other machine. I sprayed one towel and used it the same way.

I am 5'5" 134. I lost down to 127 (from 153) just before summer by using MFP's suggested 1260 calories. I have a desk job so I am considered sedentary. I knew I was going to be doing a lot of training over the summer for a few Sprint & Olympic distance triathlons so I went into maintenance calories of about 1500/1600. I am…

I do this too! Or at least I do it a few times a week........ I hate when I do it too. It is definitely when I am alone between the time I get home and my fiancé gets home. When he gets home first and is waiting on me to change for the gym I don't snack. This is something I am working on too:( It's almost like without…

My most efficient time saving tip is get a crock pot. Just last night before bed (9 pm), I put in a bag of carrots, a roast (not an expensive cut) on top of that, then added potatoes (didn't even peel them), then added a box of Beef Stock, with a dash of soy sauce, salt and pepper and let it cook all night (yes 8 hours).…

I keep canned chicken and tuna in the cupboard for quick meals. I also keep Lean Cuisine personal size pizzas in the freezer for those days I haven't prepped.

Leftovers from last night:) - 4 oz. of shredded crockpot chicken mixed with some salsa, a can of Rotel, and a tablespoon of mac n' cheese........ along with a raw sliced bell pepper (for the crunch factor) and a sliced honeycrisp apple for dessert.

I used to paint my nails...sounds funny but my nails would be wet and I couldn't eat for at least an hour. At least that is what I would tell myself. I've went through four different colors in one night. I don't really do that anymore but I have moved on to crossword puzzle books (easy and mediums) and coloring books. I…

My "favorite & frequent" fast food meals are preset under "meals". That way I don't get ribbed by my real life friends  I ate a half a bag of Doritos one night for dinner...lol...and one of my MFP friends commented that she liked my dinner choice ........it happens
