I'm right there with you girl! I hate washing and drying my hair also. I'm going to start HIM training in April (which calls for a workout everyday except Mondays) so I may start playing with air drying it over night and buns and.....ponytails:) Your hair is beautiful!!!!

My NSV is I've ran three days in a row! That's a record for me. I would recommend the bella shorts by Terry. terrybicycles.com. They have liners as well. They were my first riding shorts and come in short, medium, and longer lengths. Look for the yoga band style for extra comfort in the tummy area :)

Hello Athene! I may not be 100% in the fat category but I'm for sure in the slow category. I've done a few sprints, and olys and can't get fast to save my soul. But I keep trying and I'm stepping up to a half distance this season.....wetsuit legal :) Good luck to you!

I stayed in the pool until I had accomplished 750 meters. I usually swim a few laps and leave. But last night I made a plan and stuck with it. I struggle with swimming and knowing this I still signed up for my first half distance triathlon!
