You can make ahead the breakfast sandwichs (english muffin and/or tortilla) and microwave them day of for breakfast. I've done that for years. Also, natural nut butters and apples are great in oatmeal.

I use Romaine lettuce leafs instead of taco shells when making turkey tacos. You can actually use the leafs to replace any "bread" you may need for a sandwich or burger. One of my favorite ways to use the leafs is as a container for stir frys. Just spoon it in and enjoy!

People who start sentences with "I mean". Or use it constantly in their dialogue. Also, my work cube neighor who crunches all afternoon and smacks his lips........grrr......

Last ten for me too. Been holding steady since the end of March with no real weight loss or gain. I am eating at 250 under my TDEE and think my maintenance (none moving of the scale...lol..) is all the cardio I've been doing for my up coming tri season. I seriously can't stop eating back my exercise…

I feel your pain OP...lol. It took me a year to lose 20 pounds here on MFP (not complaining about that...just stating a fact) so my fiance decided to try it and he lost 20 pounds in two months. I understand your "calorie envy". In the evening he will want to go "out" to eat because he still has tons of calories while I…

Check out bodybuilding.com. They have free work out plans and even have some that are just for women. They also have examples of how to lift proper (can even print them if you need to). Maybe check out YouTube also for examples. This may boost your confidence when going into the weight room :)

I use a Tanita Body Fat Scale. Some people don't believe they are accurate but if it gives me something to gage MY progress by and I am making progress then I'm happy:) I am 5' 5" and 130 lbs and I started out at 32% body fat and am at 24% body fat for now.

I'm stuck trying to lose my last 10 pounds too. I'll get close (7 pounds away) then here it comes back:( Struggle is real!

I keep cans of chicken breast & tuna in my desk (at work) and eat that with baby carrots and bell peppers. The bigger cans of chicken and tuna can be around 300 calories then eat the veggies like chips (raw/crunchy) and it usually comes to about 400+ calories.

Nothing wrong with doing planks. There is a Plank Challenge app you can check into that is free. It gives you mulitple versions of the plank and you do so many each day of the month. After a month of that you may decide you don't like planks..........lol...just kidding.

Sounds like you need a Garmin Vector Power Meter. Google it and see if it is what you need.

Congrats on your weight loss so far! I'm in the same boat:( I dropped from 153 to 128 (my goal weight is 120) and for the past month or so I've been playing with the same pound and not lost any. I'm like you and I still exercise like crazy but I guess I have relaxed a bit and eat out a little too often. I really need to…

I prelog every morning. Since I like to be active after work (not cooking dinner) I've always preplanned my dinners and that takes me Sunday - Thursday (mostly meat & veggie). Friday & Saturday are the days I eat out with friends. I am doing IF so I skip breakfast. Lunch is at work at my desk and preplanned (canned…

Definitely pre plan. Find out what restaurants you "might" end up at and keep a list of foods (in your head) that you know you can have and not destroy your daily calorie amount.

I'm 5'5" :) SW 153, CW 128.5, GW 120ish. My measurements are 34-27-35.5 and I'm more of a straight build. I'm training for an IM so I want to get leaner.

Clothes fitting better and being able to wear trendy things if I want to :)

Try not to be embarrased :) Everyone there has issues they are self-conscious about.

I made spaghetti squash for the first time a few weeks ago and substituted it for noodles in my turkey spaghetti. It was great! Real tasty and I save tons of calories :) Which allowed me to enjoy some cheese on top!

This works for me too! I even eat some before a meal and I get fuller faster.

I count Powerade Zero in with my food and in with my water .....because I like to add water to it to make it even weaker.

I just had easy tacos last night. Ground Turkey cooked with McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning mix. Jar of Pace Medium Chunky Salsa. Diced onion. Romain Lettuce for shells. Perfect and very low cal....I usually eat three. Yum!

Water.....drink plenty of water. When I have a craving after eating and know I'm not hungry I just drink water. I'm not saying it is the cure but it helps keep me full. Plus, I read somewhere (maybe here) that you should try and not eat too much salty foods because that makes some people crave sweets.

I went to Fuddruckers for a burger a few days ago. I usually get their 1/3 pound burger. Well I needed more calories that day so I chose the 1/2 pound burger and could only stand half of it! Felt sick the rest of the day too. Wow, and I have to say no to their onion rings...too greasy to me now:(
