  • i am not so sure about that. your target heart rate is resting minus maximal heart rate. a good way to figure is this: thr=[mhr-rhr]x (training intensity %)+ rhr. mhr: maximum heart rate (220-age. ) not the most accurate way. rhr: resting heart rate training intensity ( 60-80%) hope this helps

  • hey. jillian is great. i did all levels for the 30 days, plus eating well, and i dropped 2% body fat. i am 37 and was down to 19%. i had to stop due to a foot injury, but started again today. good luck and keep with it.

  • Hi. i am on lexapro also. i have been on it for a few years. it has not made me gain weight. contiue to eat well and continue to exercise and you should be okay. it does effect people in different ways. if you do gain weight, talk with your doctor and they can change your meds. good luck.
