if you are hungry, that would be your body signalling it needs more fuel. 1200 is low for calories. eat more. personally, I eat as many vegetables a day, I try to restrict fruits because sometimes the sugars mess with me. :) but that's just me! find a vegetable you actually enjoy eating and stick with it!

it's not a protein powder, but I really like shakeology. but for price, most people seem to like isopure. I have the cookies n cream one, and it's decent. a little too vanilla-y for me, but I like dark chocolate a lot. I usually order from allstarhealth, my friend LOVES the alpine and banana flavors...

I add a tiny bit of honey to mine. personally I don't think honey is as bad as processed table sugar. honey is made in nature and technically has a different chemical composition. not all sugars are made the same.

I would say measure yourself instead of weighing. I've been weight lifting for about two months now, and I actually still weigh the same, but I can fit into jeans and pants that I haven't been able to for years.

I agree with the above posts, this is something for a doctor to advise you on. You do need healthy nutrients right now, so eating healthy definitely can help, but I definitely don't think limiting calories would be a good idea right now.

oh yes. the package I got recommends you wash them and then microwave them, then pack dry with paper towels. kinda strange, but they really do taste like regular noodles (mine are curly like ramen?) and I mix them with veggies :)

I need to have something when I get up, or else I'm foggy for the rest of the day. my time getting up depends on what shift I do at work though, so it might not be considered "breakfast". :wink:

looks like a line there to me, but check the expiration date on the box. sometimes if the tests are expired they go wonky.
