I have 2 yr old twins, and actually the best time for me is early in the morning. If I can't fit it in the morning then I do it when they take a nap which can be at different times as you said or sometimes not at all, lol. I have one, and at first it do hurt but after a couple of sessions it won't bother you any more. The more you practice the longer you'll be able to keep the hoop going and it is fun. Hula hooping has always been a childhood favorite of mine.

Yes, all the time and the stomach gets extra bloated as well.

I like both, but my preference is the treadmill. You can walk, jog or run and you can set the incline to as high as you want. When I'm able to afford it I'm thinking about investing in the treadclimber by Bowflex.

I'm just the opposite, inches but the scale barely moves. Oh well, I guess everyone is different let's just be glad that something is moving, lol!! :laugh:

If you have a heart rate monitor you'll be able to see how many calories you burned, and then you can just add your strength training in the cardio section. I wouldn't go by what MFP says in regards to how many calories a person actually burns. It tends to be over estimated at times.

If I'm not mistaken the challenge comes up after your workout and the cool down. It will say something like eat a piece of fruit, or use one of their receipes and all you do is click the check mark to accept and that's it. I have a workout scheduled today for the BL Wii so once I do it I'll make sure to get back with you…

I'm in....this gives me all the more reason to stay on track. I did good for October all the way up until the end and then it was down hill from there; but this is a new month and new beginnings so let the games begin!!!! :flowerforyou:

I was thinking the same thing. I just may switch to once a month...that way if the scale doesn't move I won't get discouraged but once a month the scale is GOING to move whether you've gained or lost.

I'm the same way as GinaB30. I've been on MFP since August and so far I've only lost 2 lbs but like a total of 8-10 inches all over. So, I'll just say give it some time and keep doing what you're doing. It will all catch up and balance out.

I use cookies and creme protein powder by Body Fortress; and I like the taste of it. That's the only flavor I have tried so far but I know other people who have had other flavors and they like them as well.
