That is pretty quick. I hope to be down 30 lbs by next September. I gave myself a 18 month goal last February/March to lose over 100 lbs. I am down 105lbs. have about 30-35 to go... Don't be too hard on yourself. Get there meaningfully so you keep it off. :) Best of luck in your journey!

You need to eat the calories you are burning in exercise. And some doctors go as low as 800 Calories, what my doctor will say is... "if your hungry eat! if your moody, dizzy, headache.... EAT!" I eat 1200 calories a day, I am under the care of a weight loss doctor. If I exercise I eat what I burn. It has been a lot of hard work and I love that I have found these forums! They bring me hope and inspire me!!!! :)

75 min of cardio seems really long, I usually do a warm up of cardio and then focus on upper or lower body strength training then end with a cardio that isn't too intense. I am 5'6" 178, I have lost 105lbs so some of my size is due to still needing to tone and tighten skin. I currently wear a 11/13 depending on size. 12's fit best. I hear though that most are in a 7/8 at 150. I am currently in a size medium shirt. Go's to show how different each shape is! :)
