Thank you everyone. I know I need to trust the process and not the scale. Using this current program I am doing they actually have you enter your weight each day and look at the weekly average, I try to focus on that but it can be a bit hard. Just trying to stay positive.

I need somewhere to be accountable so I am back here! I hope everything is having a great week. I had more than I wanted to on Saturday but I have been dry since then. My plan is no drinks until saturday and going to try to exercise every day, at least a walk. Oh ya and stay in my cals haha. Happy Tuesday everyone! Monday-0

@angellak muscle soreness is a good thing and I just deal with it and keep going. The best thing to do when you're sore is to use the same muscles again. Also replenishment after the workout is important. I try to make sure to get a lot of protein after lifting as well. I'm still not feeling great, I think I'm fighting a…

I got a mini chocolate bar so it was only 200 cals and I think it made me think a little better in class. Just ate a rice cake with a little almond butter on it. I use the fitbit. So far I am questioning that goal since I am so busy it is proving challenging to get that goal in every day. I have the flex and part of me wants the surge so I can have the HR monitor. Which one do you use.
