I think you would have to count the calories!! Isn't it like 5 calories per pkg. I would still use it if its going to help you drink water but just watch how many you use in a day!!! I chew gum all the time and its 5 calories a stick and if I'm not careful I can use 20 calories by just chewing gum!!

I totally understand!! I am in a HUGE workout rut :( maybe everyday you could set one mini goal a day!! Congrats on the first 5k I did my first one last march and another one in Oct. We just have to remember we can do this!!!

I'm not sure if thats true or not!! I have heard that as well but I figure if I have calories left and I am hungry I am eating somthing! Air pop popcorn is very low in calories and one of my FAVORITE snacks!!!

You just have to stick with it!! I don't see a loss every week either but think of it as well you didn't gain any!! Just remember you can do it!!

I eat a lean cuisine everyday for lunch just because it tells me the calories and I don't have to think of anything!! I think really any kind of junk food does it for me. My husband got some oreos the other day and I can't stay out of them which pisses me off but they taste soooooo good!!

Something else that is good and healthy.....take a chicken breast and pour salsa over it and bake it at 350 for about 30 minutes orr until chicken is done!! It is really good by its self or cut into pieces and put over a salad!!!
