Not sure what to do!!
So I have been doing P90X and love it the probelm is I have a Garming Forerunner 305 and when I do the DVD's and use my heart rate monitor it doesn't reall y track my calories. Like when I did Plyometrics for an hour with my hear rate at 180 it told me I burened 40 calories. I have already spent a ton of money on this…

My husband ordered P90X for me and I just got it in the mail yesterday!! I have decided to start on Monday and I can't wait!! I can't decided if I should coninue to run in the morning and do the program in the evenings or just do the program...any thoughts??

HELP!!!
I had a pretty bad week/weekend eating and exercising and now I have no motivation to do good again. My goal is to loose 13 pounds by December! But I'm happy with how I look and feel but if I can loose these last 13 pounds I will have lost 40 pounds in 2 years!!! I just need some encouraging words please!!
