I have lost 40 pounds in the last year and a half. I have ran 2 5k's and have another on April 16th signed up to do my first Half Marathon on May 1st but all of a sudden I have lost all of my motivation. I don't want to track my food, I don't want to exercise or do anything. I know this system works and I know that I need to continue on my jorney. My goal is to lose another 10 pounds to make it a total of 50 pounds lost but I just don't have the umph to do it anymore. So I am just lost right now!! Does anybody else ever go through this??

Just push through and do it whether you want to or not and you will get the motivation back.

Wow! hearing stories like this is motivation for me 4sure! I am looking to lose at least 20 lbs. And to hear how happy it makes people feel when they reach their goals is sooooo awesome! I just go through and read other people's success stories and that is my extra "umph" (and also going to the department store and seeing all the cute clothes that I can't fit into because my butt is still pertruding) You can do this......you have made it this far!

Keeping the motivation is hard but just think of all of the work you have put into this and how great you feel losing 40lbs! By not keeping tracking of what you're eating and your exercise that may slow down or even halt those last 10lbs, which are always the hardest to lose! Just push through and force yourself to finish it. You don't want to get stuck. Keep at it, and before you know it, you will be done!

It gets really hard as you get close to your goal, the weight comes off slower, you start to feel like all the work you do is not paying off and you get disscouraged.I to have gone through this. You have to stay true to you and make you the priority and it will come off.
