  • mmapags, I changed my settings and now you can see my diary. I just started using myfitnesspal.
  • I usually do Zumba and Jillian Michael's workout dvds. I do the workouts 2 hours after eating lunch (around 500 calories per lunch). Sometimes I cut some lunch because I am afraid I will have stomachache while I am doing the workouts. I drink a lot of coffee to wake me up before doing some exercise.
  • Thanks guys! That helps a lot. Have a quick question for you guys that do a lot of exercise. I feel tired all the time after doing some workouts and sometimes in the middle of the workouts I feel lightheaded. And those are discouraging me to do workouts on the next day. I don't know if I need to do something to avoid…
