I saw someone post something and I'm sure my description won't do the photo justice. It was a transformation photo comparison, better toned photo was 4kg heavier than the earlier photo. it was truly amazing to see the difference. http://websta.me/p/922294384652346741_207035664

Cheese scones are the best! 167 overs not to bad and if you on track the rest of the week you'll likely to still have a weekly deficit. I didn't exercise yesterday :\ but spent the day crawling about in the roof laying insulation so not completely lazy but I really wanted to get back in to the habit of going to the gym. PS…

Thanks Chrissy that's the plan, might just get back In the habit of logging everyday and trying to add in whenever exercise when I can

I've had a shocking day eating wise. I decided after netball I would go to the super and get some good choices, left the super market pleased with everything I purchased. Got home and family had brought me fish and chips of course I could say no thanks, ha ha but really that'll happen. I lost 20kg over a year ago and then…

Foodwise peanut butter's got a pretty strong hold on me, I work with 5-13yr olds so puppy dog eyes when they want something is pretty dam hard to resist. Music currently enjoying timber-pitbull, shake it off-Taylor swift and all about that bass but I get bored pretty quickly and tend to go back to old favs like green day,…

It was a while ago so things may have changed a fair bit. by the end I got so confused i didn't buy anything if I wait long enough they'll bring out one that does everything. From what I can remember I considered these things. Personally I'd go for a wrist band over a clip as I know I'll lose it or put through wash. I like…

Hey Eviebee, where in welly are you? I'm in the hutt valley, I have heard of a free boot camp out this way. A year or so ago I started the gym as a group of 5 & I'm the last man standing and sometimes find it hard to keep it up on a regular basis without the others so I'm keen for more things to keep me motivated

Im in Wellington, unfortunately I'm an easy mark, even with the best of intentions before hand I seem to be easily persuaded. Still might give it a go

The warmer weather certainly does lift the spirits and makes it all seem that wee bit easier. First day out from hibernation mode and all feels good. 18k! wow that's impressive nicely done. I might have too look into boot camp to give me the kick in the butt I need! I received a flyer about a free boot camp, looked it up…
