If that's where most of your fat is and you add muscle to it, it's going to make you bigger. Because along with the fat, you now have muscle. You need to burn the fat and that newly gained muscle is going to help you!

I love food... too much! I'll start my day off good and up until mid-afternoon I'll be doing great. Then I get the munchies and I justify it in my head, like "oh, I can have that...I did good today!" But, in reality it's not doing me any good!! This is just a really bad habit that I need to break.

I love 2% milk but in smoothies, tea, and other drinks I'll use soy milk because it's less calories and it makes my smoothies and tea super creamy! Also soy has a lot of health benefits. It especially helps my mom with menopause (ha sorry mom for putting you on blast like that....) :P

I have been doing allstar cheer for six years and I am trying out sideline cheer this fall. :)
