  • When I first started I had cheat weekends all the time. Ate what ever I wanted. Ive lost 120 so far. As I get closer to my goal, cheat days are having more of an effect on my weight loss. So I try to limit them, or just have a day where I eat at maintenance. =)

  • I am only human. I slipped yesterday. So I am at 1/15. Which is still good for me. And it wasnt a terribly bad binge either. I think I shrank my stomach just by not bingeing in two weeks, therefore this binge was smaller just due to the fact that I couldnt handle anymore food! hahaha And what were my triggers? MY DAMN…
  • I havent binged yet. But oh how I have wanted to. I also find that Im giving in to smaller temptations. Treating myself more, knowing that I dont have any binge days to do so. Im finding it hard to control the treats.. even though I am staying within/near my calorie goals. And.. its almost TOM..... HELP!
  • Sounds like people are slipping! We are almost halfway through people. You can still take back the month! Lets start a count of binges. This way if you HAVE binged, at least you can compare it to your good days and still feel proud! =) Me 0/13 binges

  • Dear Diary, Day 9 of NBN. 0 binges so far. But I have definitely had a few treats. I think that is helping me from having a full on binge. Ive also upped my calories lately. I think its working. Giving me more energy, and in turn a better workout and burn. So far so good. -VBS
