Id like to lose another 17ish pounds, this would make me half my original weight! Having a hellish time with these last pounds though. Been stuck for about 4 months.

Dear Diary, Day 2 of No Binge November. Its 11:06am. Had my breakfast and my coffee. Doing good. Not sure if I will get to the gym today. Might take today off and do a nice hard workout tomorrow after work.

For those who may not know. I started this group. Today the temptations at work with all the candy were too much and I had another binge. Its the first one since Oct 19th.. and tomorrow is the very first official No Binge November day, and I need you all more than ever. lets do this!! :explode:

Help! Friends wanna party this weekend! Arg.. first week of November and temptation is starring me right in the FACE!! ARG!!

I did a 10 week program where we increased our intervals every week! We started at 1 min walking/1 min running - 10 sets then 1/2 - 10 sets 1/3 - 10 sets As we increased time running we decreased our sets.. so at 7 weeks we were doing 4 sets of 1 min walking 1 min running! Ending with 4 sets of 1 and 10! =)

Mine is: Im proud that I stayed in control for breakfast. Me and my BF went out for coffee this morning and we each had a scone as well. I managed to just eat my scone, enjoy it, and move on, without feeling guilty that I had a 'sweet breakfast' and without the urge to go crazy and ruin my day!

Nice! Ps, I totally wanna try sushi. I live in a VERY small town so it wasnt really an option before.. but a local sushi place just opened up!! What would you recommend?

Some days are grab and go days. No time to make things from scratch right? And those days are hard for me as well because those grab and go items do NOT fill me up! Take back today and take a nap! =)

Gave in and bought a package of cookies from the vending machine at work. Only ate one though! Brought me just 128 over my daily cals. So not bad at all =) Saving the other one to work into my cals tomorrow!

Moving on is right! You always have us to come talk to if you feel lonley! Create a Topic and we WILLL respond! =) So, as far as the pizza, definately hard to eat just a portion! We want to eat the whole damn thing! haha so in the future, maybe only order the amount you plan to eat? That way you wont be tempted by it…

So, ate nice and light for breakfast and lunch yesterday so that me and my boyfriend could enjoy a night out at a new place in town. Got a kick *kitten* workout in and burned some cals to also cover for our treat. I used MFP database to estimate on all the calories and came up JUST under my goal. 5 cals remaining =) We…

I often do this as well. Its may way of not going overboard I guess. I wil literally throw things away just so I wont eat them! Frosting is the best part!! >.<
