The first thing that came to my mind when reading condiments was MAYO! Which can have tons of calories. But things like mustard - most are 0cal or 5cal - but I usually log them because of all the sodium. I always log my ketchup & bbq sauce though - some bbq sauces I have are 60-70 cals a serving! But - what ever works best…

You dont count condiments? Those can really add up depending on what your eating!

I work at our local YMCA so I get a free membership, but Id like to share our membership pricing to see how it compares! For an adult its 54.05 a month. That includes cardio theater/free weights/air assisted machines, all classes, pool, saunas, showers, basketball court, pool table, racquetball.. I think its a good deal…

Love all the reply's!! I think I havent been honest with what Im eating lately. So I believe thats why I saw the gain (whether it be muscle or fat). Still looking to lose those last 30ish pounds so Im keeping with my cardio and strength and watching more closely what I am eating! Lets see how this goes =)

Thanks for all the great responses. I have 30 pounds+ left to lose and this is the first time I have done a program for lifting weights. So over the course of eight weeks I have been upping my amount of lifting.

So000o0o0o that would mean that I am either not being honest with myself and not eating at a deficit and therefore gaining muscle mass (because I definately see a change in my arms and back) o0o0o0o0o0orrrr I have kidding myself and am just gaining over all weight.. :(

Im really on the edge about it. I feel it has way to much to do with religion and not enough about actual facts/tools to help me with my craving/obsession.... hmm.. still deciding.

With everyone regarding food. As I get up so early I find that I want to eat ALLLL morning. There is so much time between waking and lunch! AHHHH how do you all handle this?

The only thing that is going to bother me is if someone is doing something perverted or gross. Its a locker room and there are going to be naked people. Personally I have no problem with seeing them naked. Good for them for being confident enough to stroll around naked!! :p

I enjoy running in a group. Usually I dont even say much (im a totally social butterfly as well) but it really helps pass the time to be with a group! =)
