I am a fast food junkie here too, and it is really, really hard!!!! I also know that just because I eat one filet of fish, it doesn't mean that the rest of my day is shot.

Most successful weight loss is based on calorie counting, like WW. Understanding the emotional triggers, however, is just as important.
