LOVE jillian michaels dvds, i have about 7 or 8 of them,i do not have the 15 set one well because it costs too much. they are all really good! and if some get too easy at level 2 or 3 depending on which dvd add weights. right now i vary between kickboxing, 6wee6pack. and no trouble zones. i have shredded in 30 and 30 day…

i haven't read all the posts, i don't have time right now. but i just wanted to say exercise however early you want just make sure you GET ENOUGH SLEEP!!!!!! 8 hours recomended, sleep affect weight loss ( or lack there of), and so many other things in your life.

circuit training is what i put it under :) i also do 30 day shred and it does get easier and in about 2 weeks you will be able to tell the difference in your endurance and your clothes.......as long as you are also eating healthy :)
