30 Day Shred

For those of you that have done 30DS before, what do I add this exercise to my diary as?? There are so many options, I'm not sure which one fits the workout best.

That being said, I just started Day 1 and I have NO IDEA how I'm supposed to do this every frickin day!!! So if anyone else is just starting their 30DS journey, friend me and we can go through it together! :-)

Or for anyone who has already done it, any comments or tips?? Did it work for your weight loss?

    circuit training is what i put it under :) i also do 30 day shred and it does get easier and in about 2 weeks you will be able to tell the difference in your endurance and your clothes.......as long as you are also eating healthy :)

    I logged it under General Circuit Training until I got a HRM and then I just created my own exercise.

    Most add it under circuit training. I just Re-started it for the 2nd time this week and do have a few tips:

    1. Hang in there.
    2. Extra stretching
    3 .days 3 and 4 are the worst for sore muscles on each level and then it does get better.
    4. Take measurements !!!!!!! (I cannot stress this enough, I lost over 16 inches all over but saw VERY little weight loss so the inches are important so you don't get discouraged)

    I did the 30DS in 6 weeks though not the 30 days and still had great results. Now that I took about a month off (down to 3-4 days a week of exercise instead of 5-6) and am re-starting (Back to 5-6 days a week) I am sore all over again!
