Thanks! :) I try to eat a full meal within a half hour after I finish a workout. I generally go for lean protein, if I'm in a time crunch I'll go with a protein shake, but normally i try to eat fish with a salad and a potato or I go with lean ground turkey and make a layered-taco type dish without the shell. Thank you so much everyone! :D I'm hoping people can see what a huge difference inches can make, even if the scale doesn't always move as much as we would like.

My biggest piece of advice would be to not be afraid of weights. A lot of people stick mostly with cardio...because it burns so many calories, but I think toning is such a huge part of weight loss. If I had only done cardio I may have lost more weight by now, but I probably wouldn't look like I do or have any muscle…

I try my best to get 8-10 glasses a day. Some days I get more..some days I get less, but generally never less than 7 or 8 cups

Opps, forgot to update on Wednesday when I weighed in, I lost 1lb the week of Oct 22nd, weigh in again on the 31st. :)

It takes time, I'm sure you will start to slowly bulk as you increase your weight. I started out at 13.5" but it was mostly fat, I'm down to 12. 75" with a solid amount of muscle. Even that decrease of fat with adding muscle took about 9 months though, so the results may be as slow with bulking. But you'll get there! Good…

Where are you taking the measurement? At the center of your upper arm (mid point between elbow and shoulder)?
