  • I woke up with the same mindset of "getting on track". And it seems so daunting to go back to restricted eating and boring exercise. Kommo you make a great point. It doesn't have to be this endless and boring track. I will keep that with me today ☺️
  • Maybe it would help to pre-portion out some healthy snacks. That way it's easy to log and wont ruin the weeks success?
