^ This I started Stronglifts 5x5 on Monday and although I have been able to start at 45lbs for everything else I had to go to a weighted barbell at 38.5lb (17.5kg) for my overhead press because the 45lbs was simply too heavy for me. Give it a couple of weeks and I will be OHP'ing 45lbs + :smile:

I'm 5ft 5.5 and currently 167lbs - my diary is set to 1500 which is the minimum I eat (I never go that low though). I lose 1/2lb a week eating 2000 calories a day :drinker:

No weight lost for me this week, wasn't really expecting it though. Have been on a rest week from exercise (apart from walking) because I have been ill and have been eating at pretty much maintenance until I feel better.

Yeap. Mine isn't even under control yet....getting there but slowly and since I've been started on medication I'm down about 20lbs (give or take). Personally, I did 1200 or there abouts for 2 weeks. I was tired....beyond being tired I was constantly thinking about food and it just wasn't sustainable for the rest of my life. I'll stick with my 1700 + (and I'm losing the same amount of weight per week as I was at 1200..... ) :smile:

Congratulations on your weight loss so far! When I was 196lbs my body fat was 47.3%, now I'm 170lbs and sitting around 37% bf. Although its dropped by 10% its still a lot higher than I would have thought I'd be at by now. Just gotta keep on trucking and every lb lost is a step in the right direction :flowerforyou:
